Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition division is a key division within the Human resource function. It plays a key role in supplying people for the required demand whilst ensuring the best fit candidate is identified and hired. This involves work around setting recruitment standards, guidelines and policy, capacity planning, managing a candidates journey and working on projects and initiatives to increase brand equity through collaboration and partnerships.

My goal is to ensure that the right candidate is hired through a recruitment process that is transparent, comfortable and enjoyable. Whilst a candidate will experience who we are, what we do and understand our culture. I am responsible to guide my team to ensure the recruitment standards and guidelines are met and that we are able to supply the people requirements of the business by hiring talent, planning recruitment resources and capacity inorder to find the best fit people resources required to take the organisation forward.
