ACADEMIC OPERATIONS
The Academic Operations Department comprises of the Training and Development (T&D) Division, the Quality Assurance (QA) Division and the Central Academic Division. The department is the custodian of teaching and learning standards and so uses technology, data and other innovative strategies to improve tutor standards and quality. 3 key principles around which the department revolves around are student-centered learning, promoting/demonstrating a growth mindset and being reflective practitioners.

Training and Development
T&D is responsible for initially training tutors to deliver sessions to expected standards and thereafter providing continuous regular training aimed at job skill development, to reflect continuously improving standards.
Dinithi Ranasinghe

Development and implementation of new methods to train and enhance performance, thereby to reaching quality standards in session delivery is the main focus of the T&D team. This is one key aspect of the company as we grow from big to massive. I am honoured to lead this team in achieving greater things that support the growth of TSG.
